In spite of, and possibly due to, the systemic disconnection & disbelonging inherent in our modern world, there continues to be a surge of desire for authentic connection, experiential directness, and basic human dignity. This longing is the inspiration and guidepost for the spaces of learning I create and facilitate.
My ‘classrooms’ offer a container in which to experience Natural Deep Belonging and Optimal Aliveness. My classrooms also offer an opportunity to experience ‘Heart Learning’, which engages our whole selves in the process of discovery: our minds, hearts, bodies, and especially our human hands, being wholly available to have a full and direct experience of learning beyond surface-level logic.
Working through Heart Learning in this way allows the teachings themselves to come Alive–including the teachings inherent in the students/participants–and we begin to experience the gifts of each person’s Ancestral Lineage as they are revealed spontaneously in our groups.
As a devoted scholar of global healing and medicine arts, I hold a myriad of lenses simultaneously. My teachings offer a multi-faceted forum which incorporating diverse systems of knowledge including: Western Herbalism, Five Element Taoist Medicine, Mayan Spiritual Medicine Systems, Vajrayana Buddhism, Open Human Heart work, Color as Medicine, Energy Medicine and Native American Indigenous Traditions. Because of my great love for each of these traditions, I respect each in its entirety, as well as in the ways that they complement one another.
I invite you to come experience the precious essence of these world wisdom traditions through mindful embodiment, choosing loving courageousness, unfolding our basic goodness & gentleness, and embracing our belonging with this Earth. In this way, we will together become more available to sense and listen to that which we love, or would long to know.
