Powerful and simple, Energy Medicine is a confluence of ancient and modern hands-on practices. We work with the body's subtle energy systems; chakras, meridians, radiant circuits, auras, and neuro-lymphatic points to CLEAR static, cultivate VITALITY/Chi, and STRENGTHEN immunity while opening ourselves to receive deep, abiding JOY.

This day-long training in Eden Energy Medicine, based on the pioneering work of Donna Eden, will be interactive and fun. Participants will learn a 15 min daily practice, basic techniques for stress relief, what to do if you're getting sick, working with feeling overwhelmed or anxious, and how to cultivate a stronger sense of joy and connection to self, others, and the world. They will receive a comprehensive workbook to re-engage these practices at home.

Class Logistics: 11 am- 6:30 pm, 1 hour for lunch
Please bring lunch, snacks, a water bottle and a blanket to sit on. Of course, bring your mask and a personal hand sanitizer.

Class will be held outside, socially distanced. Please bring a hat, layers, and a cushion to sit on.
